What is an Home Inspection?

It is a comprehensive non-destructive visual examination of your prospective new
home and its major operating systems.

It is carried out for the purpose of providing an unbiased assessment of the
observable components and operating systems in the home so that you, the home
buyer, can conclude the purchase with the best possible understanding of the
current condition and future needs of the home.

Our inspections take approx 2-3 hrs. We carefully walk through the major systems of
the house and explain the house and it's systems to you. Our report, which is
prepared on-site, at no additional charge, will provide additional information as well
as any deficiencies, health and safety issues, if any. We also go over the written
report with you to make sure you fully understand what it means.
